Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify customers via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier delays, or high order volume.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
